Our Service Philosophy

Advanced Language Translation is a unique organization in the field of translation and localization services. We have succeeded in combining advanced technical capabilities typically only found in our largest competitors with the intimate customer-focused service philosophy common among smaller language service providers (LSPs). For our largest competitors, complete customer support is an elusive virtue. Competitors our size or smaller lack the know-how and technical expertise to successfully assess, manage and deliver complex localization projects.

The projects that we handle may be complex and technical, but our approach to service is simple: We take the time to understand your needs, assess your project, then design the best solution. Our goal is to simplify the translation process for our clients. We will consult with you—at no cost—to determine the most efficient, cost-effective way to do your project, but we won't force you and your company to jump through hoops to work with us either. Our job is to integrate our services into the way you work—not the other way around.

When you work with Advanced Language you will enjoy excellent customer support and service:

  • You will be assigned a dedicated account manager who is your primary contact for project consulting and pricing.
  • All your company's projects will have a dedicated project manager. Our project managers are your single point of contact during a project, and they are the best in the business. All of our project managers have advanced degrees in translation and localization and have been extensively trained to manage the complex projects that we take on.
  • You will always speak to a person at Advanced Language, and we respond quickly to all your communications.
  • We will consult with you before, during and after projects as necessary to make sure you have the information you need.
  • We respond quickly to requests for quote—for most projects within 24 hours.
