We take quality seriously. We have always been a technically oriented, process-focused company in the delivery of our translation, localization and support services, and we are proud to announce that we have taken our commitment to quality a step further.

We achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification following our registration audit January 12 and 13, 2004.

We join an elite group of a handful of localization/globalization firms* in the world that have demonstrated conformance to these standards of quality, process, management and training.

Many months of preparation and training were required to meet the rigorous standards. ALT’s commitment of resources to this project and the subsequent improvement in process quality underlines the belief of all in the company that our customers deserve our very best efforts.
